RIKEN Chief Scientist · Team Director, Quantum Information Physics Theory Research Team · University of Michigan
Franco Nori leads the Theoretical Quantum Physics Laboratory at RIKEN and is Team Director of the Quantum Information Physics Theory Research Team at the RIKEN Quantum Computing Center. His work spans quantum optics, quantum information processing, superconducting quantum circuits, photonics, nanoscience, and condensed matter physics.

Oleg Mukhanov
Chief Science Officer, SEEQC
Oleg Mukhanov is Chief Science Officer at SEEQC and has more than 30 years of experience in superconducting electronics. His work includes RSFQ superconductor circuit technology, energy-efficient SFQ logic, superconducting digital systems, cryogenic interfaces, and quantum-ready superconducting electronics.

Will Oliver is a recognized leader in the quantum engineering of extensible superconducting quantum circuits. His research spans superconducting qubits, small-scale quantum processors, cryogenic packaging, and cryogenic control electronics for scalable quantum information systems.

Professor, Nagoya University
Akira Fujimaki is a professor at the School of Engineering, Nagoya University, where he has worked on superconductor devices and circuits since 1988. His current research interests include single-flux-quantum circuits and their applications based on low- and high-temperature superconductors.
